• Receipts for every gift, under 80G where it applies

• Utilisation certificates and impact reports for CSR partners
• Quarterly updates for major donors
• Audited accounts every year

• Section 12A and Section 80G of the Income Tax Act
• CSR-1 (for receiving CSR funds)
