MODERN US HEALTH CHARITABLE TRUST ("the Trust") collects only what it needs to receive donations, issue receipts, answer requests for help, consider applications and keep in touch with volunteers and partners: names, contact details, PAN (for 80G receipts), payment references and the details you choose to share in our forms.

We use these details for those purposes and to meet our legal duties (for example Form 10BE reporting to the Income Tax Department). We do not sell personal data, and we do not use advertising trackers on this website. Visit counts are kept without cookies and without identifying you.

Details are stored securely with access limited to authorised Trust staff, and are kept as long as the law requires for receipts and accounts. Medical details shared in a request for help are seen only by the doctors and staff reviewing it.
