Terms and donation policy
Donations. Donations are voluntary and are used for the Trust's charitable objects. Where you choose a purpose, we use your gift for it; if that need is already met, we use it where it is needed most.
Receipts and tax. Receipts under Section 80G are issued after the payment is confirmed in the Trust's bank account. Please give your correct name, address and PAN; without PAN we cannot report your gift in Form 10BE.
Refunds. Donations are not normally refundable. If you gave by mistake (a wrong amount or a duplicate payment), write to us within 7 days with the payment reference and we will review it.
Foreign contributions. The Trust accepts gifts only from accounts in India, as required by law.
Requests for help. Support depends on available funds, eligibility and a medical review. Sending a request does not guarantee support. The Trust pays hospitals, pharmacies or institutions directly wherever possible.
Safety. The Trust never asks for card numbers, PINs or OTPs, and never asks you to pay to receive help or a scholarship.
